Black Travel Advisory Board

Our Mission StatementTo help foster a more inclusive travel industry by using our Retail Group brand platforms to amplify Black voices and perspectives in print and digital content; to recruit more Black speakers and Black attendees and to launch new programs and initiatives that will make a positive difference in the travel industry today and for the future of Black travel professionals. The Black Travel Advisory Board will play a critical role in providing guidance, feedback and new ideas for programs that will benefit all stakeholders in the travel community. The Advisory Board will meet virtually 3 to 4 times a year to discuss important issues and initiatives that will contribute, in both the near- and long-term, to a more diverse travel industry. The ideas and feedback from this group will also be used by our parent company, Northstar Travel Group, to help guide it to become a more diverse and inclusive company — one that can better serve all of our market sectors in the global travel industry.
