Software Engineer, Inntopia

Software Engineer, Inntopia

Job Title: Software Engineer, Inntopia

Location: Remote, South Burlington, Vermont or Stowe, Vermont

Job Category: Technology

Inntopia, a subsidiary of Northstar Travel Group, is seeking a Software Engineer who will work on a team responsible for the design, development, testing, debugging, and documentation of Inntopia’s high availability, high transaction volume, multilingual, PCI compliant E-Commerce applications.  This may include hands-on new development as well as support, maintenance or enhancement of existing applications. A successful applicant will engage in a project’s full lifecycle, from design through production, while working with a Product Owner to understand requirements and priorities.

Inntopia balances hard work at the office with an incredible quality of life outside it. Unlike some tech companies, we understand and embrace the challenges of families and young kids because we’re in that same boat.  The last year has taught us a lot and we have embraced the remote workforce concept, but we also have dog-friendly offices for those that want to get out of the home office and see coworkers occasionally!  Perhaps that’s why we were named to Outside’s Best Places to Work list three years in a row.

The position can be remote and open to candidates in the United States. We do have offices in Stowe and South Burlington, Vermont for those who favor the option of being in the office.
