Inntopia, a subsidiary of Northstar Travel Group, is seeking a Software Engineer who will work on a team responsible for the design, development, testing, debugging, and documentation of Inntopia’s high availability, high transaction volume, multilingual, PCI compliant E-Commerce applications.  This may include hands-on new development as well as support, maintenance or enhancement of existing applications. A successful applicant will engage in a project’s full lifecycle, from design through production, while working with a Product Owner to understand requirements and priorities.

The position can be remote and open to candidates in the United States. We do have offices in Stowe and South Burlington, Vermont for those who favor the option of being in the office.

  • Experience with security protocols (i.e., OWASP Top Ten, PCI Compliance, GDPR, and data encryption standards)
  • Experience working in a DevOps culture (i.e., continuous integration, continuous delivery)

  • Experience with software development process management
  • Experience integrating with Property Management Systems (e.g. OPERA OXI) and/or Point of Sale systems (e.g. Vivaticket)
