Northstar Travel Group is seeking an energetic, detail-oriented, and
assertive Human Resources Coordinator who is looking to build their career in
HR. Serving as a valuable part of the
Human Resources team the Coordinator will provide administrative and generalist
support to the Human Resources department. The Coordinator’s primary focus will
be in the areas of payroll, benefit administration and legal compliance but the
position will also provide exposure to other areas of Human Resources, such as
recruiting and performance management. Learn

The ideal candidate has 1+ years in a Human Resources or Benefit
Administrator role or strong internships in these areas. Some HRIS use is strongly preferred. Our employees split their time between our
Secaucus, NJ office and working from home.
Proof of COVID19 vaccination will be required for this role.
timely and accurate preparation of payroll using Paycom and works closely with

Required Knowledge, Skills and Abilities
- Bachelor’s degree with major course work in Human Resources
or a related field preferred.
- 1-2 years of Human Resources, Payroll, or Benefit Administration
experience or a strong combination of education and internships in these
- Exposure to a mainstream HRIS is strongly preferred.
- Customer oriented approach, demonstrating full accessibility
to answer employee questions and resolve issues.
- Superb problem-solving and logic skills.
- Strong Excel skills with demonstrable experience with project
management and/or complex data reporting.
- Good relationship and communications skills required.
